Andrew & Marjorie Forsyth
Andrew and Marjorie Forsyth formed the New Zealand branch of the Clan Forsyth Society in 1979 after a visit to Scotland in 1978 where they met with the chief of the clan. Their son, Donald and his wife, continue to be key members of the clan and currently serve jointly as vice-president.

Jack & Coral Forsyth
Jack MacFarlane Alston Forsyth (M.B.E.), son of Robert Adam Forsyth and Edith MacFarlane was appointed by the Chief in November 1993 to be the clans first New Zealand commissioner. Ably assisted by his wife Coral and daughter Jackie, Jack was a driving force within the clan and was always to be seen running the auction at the clans annual "bring and bid" dinners. Both his loyal supporters and fellow family members, Coral and Jackie were important contributors and major supporters of the clan and its events; their contributions were much appreciated and are also recognised. Jack's daughter Jackie was also an enthusiastic supporter and secretary of the clan.

Ian Forsyth
Ian Forsyth, the clans first president was a member of the committee since the clans first committee meeting in February 1980. Ian continued to be actively involved with the clan until his death in 2003

Allan Forsyth
Allan Lloyd Forsyth of Paremata was officially appointed by the Clan Chief, Alistair Charles William Forsyth, to be the Chief's Commissioner in New Zealand with effect from 10th June 2007.

Posthumously awarded the VC for most conspicuous bravery and devotion to duty in attack.
